Owner and Lead Designer
Chloe Woodruff is the owner and lead designer of Jade Coast Design. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she grew up surrounded by forests and shorelines that continue to shape her sense of design and connection to place. With a degree in Horticultural Science and more than 15 years of experience in landscape design, installation, and restoration, Chloe brings both expertise and creativity to her work, crafting landscapes that feel natural, enduring, and uniquely connected to their environment.
